Here’s how it works:

You have 60 days from delivery to request a refund.

If you purchased multiple bottles, you may open one bottle and try it — the rest must be unopened for a full refund. If more than one bottle is opened, partial refunds may apply.

If only one bottle was purchased, you can still receive a full refund even if it’s opened.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS/ ADDRESS CHANGE
Orders can be canceled or modified within 3 hours of placement.
To request a cancellation or update your shipping address, please email us within this 3-hour window. Once your cancellation is processed, a full refund will be issued, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 1–2 business days.
If your order was placed during a holiday or outside business hours, don’t worry — we’ll respond as soon as we’re back.

If a cancellation request is made after 24–48 hours, the order may already be in transit. In this case, the item will not be able to be returned and if you no longer wish to keep the item, it will need to be returned to us in order to receive a full refund.
For Subscriptions Orders
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our Customer Support team. We use the platform Appstle
To cancel:
- Log in to your account
- Go to “My Subscriptions” or “Billing”.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Important Notes:
- Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current paid period; no refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
RETURNS/ REFUNDS
Please contact us before sending any returns so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us may be lost or may only qualify for a partial refund.
Once your return is shipped, please share the tracking number. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you when your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 1–3 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED
If your product arrived broken or damaged please let us know asap so we can make it right and issue a replacement to be sent out.
Kindly take photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with the shipping label and email them to us for review.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@reliefsweb.com

No restocking fee will be charged at the moment
Lost or stolen packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
Make sure your unit or apartment number, street address, city, and ZIP code are entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.
If an incorrect address was entered, we may offer a one-time courtesy reshipment, with the customer responsible for the shipping fee.
Shipping:
- We utilize the address provided in Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal for shipping, so please ensure that the information is accurate. If an order is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning any item.
- The cost of return shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- The time it takes for a replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items must be returned within 60 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, no refund or exchange will be available.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered within the suggested time frame, although we strive to do so. Therefore, a late delivery cannot be used as a reason for a refund request. Coupons can only be applied to new orders, not to any order that has already been placed.
Refund Procedure:

Upon receiving the returned item and ensuring it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 1-3 business days to reflect on your account.
